An initial assessment (home visit) can take up to 60 minutes. Follow-up home visits vary between 30 – 60minutes, this will be agreed following and initial assessment.
Clinic appointments are 30-45 minutes depending on service required.
The therapists time with you and time spent making next appointments and addressing concerns raised.
Provision of exercise programmes.
If a referral or a phone call is required, we may do this following your session.
Should you be interested in weekly home visit sessions we can discuss a bundle price.
Reports and letters are not included in the treatment price and will be provided at an additional cost, if required.
Any walking aids and/or other equipment.
If equipment is required the therapist will make suggestions for the patient to purchase or request a referral to the community therapists if required.

Unfortunately we do no accept insurance company referrals.
You may be able to discuss directly with your insurance provider.
Some insurance providers will then reimburse you for the sessions.
Please contact us if you would like us to send a detailed invoice for you to provide to the health insurer.
We provide free parking on site. We ask that you arrive on time and not too early as parking is limited.
There is a prescriber on site, however this will be subject to a private prescription which may be required for injection therapy. Should you require pain relief it may be in your best interest to seek advice from a GP or advanced practitioner at your own surgery.
Appointments can be paid by BACs, card or cash on the day of the appointment.
Home visit appointment payments have to be paid 24 hours in advance.
For injections a 50% deposit will be required prior to the appointment.
For steroid injections a charge is required for the prescription of the steroid.
All appointments need to be cancelled or rearranged within 24 hours of the appointment time, as per the cancellation policy.
Any cancellations after this period will be charged at the full rate of the appointment.
Cancellations can be made by telephone, text message or email.
Appointments which are attended 15 minutes late will be classed as missed and will be subject to the full rate being charged.
We offer joint injections (corticosteroids combined with a local anaesthetic) and hyaluronic acid (Ostenil)
The injection can last 3-6 weeks, however this is dependent on the individual.
The amount of injections is dependent on the individual and whether you are going to be having surgery.
Usually no more than 4 injections are recommended per year.
We do not provide imaging. Whilst most musculoskeletal injuries do not require imaging we can send a recommendation to your surgery to request further imaging.
